I’m Lisa Chandler, founder of Beyond the Trees LLC. As a Board-Certified Coach (BCC) and leadership development consultant with over 15 years of experience in high-stakes environments, I bring a practical, systems-focused approach to leadership growth. I hold a master’s degree in counseling, a graduate certificate in workplace performance improvement, and certifications in GENOS emotional intelligence and profiles assessments.
Having led large initiatives within complex organizations, I understand how demanding these environments can be. I combine a practical approach to reducing reactivity, coaching, emotional intelligence, and performance improvement techniques to help leaders navigate competing priorities, reduce friction, and make sustainable progress.
My mission is to equip leaders like you to stop reacting, gain perspective, and lead with clarity—delivering tangible results for individuals, teams, and organizations.
